The only friction is on the Tokyo Station end. The Keiyo Line's platforms sit apart from the rest of the station, reached by a long underground concourse on the Yaesu side with moving walkways built in — budget about 10 minutes to get from the Keiyo platforms to the surface, not the couple of minutes a same-building transfer usually takes elsewhere in Tokyo.
